After an initial phone or virtual consultation to determine if we are a right fit for you, treatment is in 3 phases:

     1. Initial Phase:

3 treatments within 2 weeks where we are looking for some level of improvement. We measure this both through how you, the patient feels, and objectively through Heart Rate Variability (HRV) monitoring before and after treatment. The first visit is 1.5 hours long and includes an in-depth intake. Follow-up visits after that are 1 hour long. If improvement is shown before the fourth treatment, we move on to the Stabilization Phase.

 

     2. Stabilization Phase:

This is when we see how far we can take treatment improvement. Treatments are now spaced out to 1 per week or 1 every 2 weeks. This phase lasts between 4-8 treatments.

 

     3. Maintenance Phase:

This is when we lock in the improvements gained in the first 2 phases. Treatments are now spread out to monthly, seasonally, or as needed.
